1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unpaid Coach ("the Service"), available at unpaidcoach.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unpaid Coach is a web application that helps amateur football (soccer) coaches manage their teams, select lineups, track matches, and access AI-powered tactical analysis. The Service offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Unpaid Coach. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (player information, match data, notes, etc.).

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

9. AI-Generated Content

Pro features include AI-generated tactical reports and match speeches. This content is provided for informational purposes only. Unpaid Coach makes no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unpaid Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
