Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment. This applies to the initial subscription charge only, not to subsequent renewal payments.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@unpaidcoach.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted outside the 7-day window at our discretion in cases of:
- Extended service outages that prevented use of paid features
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Other exceptional circumstances
6. Free Tier
The free tier of Unpaid Coach is always available at no cost. If you cancel your Pro subscription, your account automatically reverts to the free tier with no charges.
