Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

2. Consumer Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.

3. Refund After Cancellation

If you cancel within the 14-day period, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@unpaidcoach.com with your account email. All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

5. Free Tier

The free tier of Unpaid Coach is always available at no cost. If you cancel your Pro subscription, your account automatically reverts to the free tier with no charges.
